Responsibilities
Attend to customers and help them choose suitable products. Promote and sell phones, electronics, appliances and other Borga Goods products. Respond to customer enquiries online and in-store. Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales. Meet assigned sales targets. Keep accurate records of sales and customer orders. Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Assist with product displays and other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills. Confident and persuasive in selling. Able to meet sales targets and follow up with customers. Basic knowledge of smartphones, electronics and home appliances is an advantage. Able to use WhatsApp and social media for customer engagement. Honest, punctual, responsible and hardworking. Must be willing to learn about products and work effectively as part of a team.
