• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the physical aspects of the lodge, including rooms, reception area, and amenities, are well-maintained and in optimal condition. • Staff Supervision: Supervise employees and support personnel, providing guidance and direction as needed. • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to relevant regulations and codes related to building maintenance, safety, and operations. • Guest Services: Ensure guests receive smooth, timely, and efficient services, responding promptly to complaints and requests. • Budget Management: Manage the budget for maintenance and operations, ensuring effective use of resources. • Reporting: Submit weekly reports to the Human Resource Manager. • Waste Management: Implement and maintain effective waste management strategies. • Digital Calendar Management: Utilize digital calendars and scheduling agents to manage appointments and reservations. • Online Booking Platforms: Manage online booking platforms, such as Expedia Booking.com etc.,
Requirements & Skills
• Strong attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to make variety of dishes is an added advantage. • Strong time management skills in the delivery of task. • Ability to think critically and take constructive criticism. • Strong active listener and ability to give feedback timely. Technical competencies • Knowledge of hospitality and tourism industry standards. • Knowledge of local regulations regarding property management and safety standards. • Knowledge and experience in hotel management software. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Knowledge in Online booking platforms and reservations. • Knowledge in local and national regulations governing the hospitality industry and ensuring compliance.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Requirements: educational qualification: bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field. Experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
