- Welcome and attend to customers courteously and professionally.
- Receive, tag, and issue laundry items accurately.
- Process customer payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic numeracy skills with the ability to perform simple calculations.
- Honest, reliable, well-groomed, and punctual.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is an added advantage but not mandatory.
