Customer Care Sales Assistant Needed (Full-Time)

• Attend to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, and in-store • Write and calculate accurate order totals including delivery fees • Record all daily sales and payments properly • Deal with dispatch riders and coordinate deliveries • Help arrange products and maintain shop cleanliness • Follow instructions and company systems strictly

• Must be good with numbers and calculations • Must be able to communicate clearly and politely with customers • Must be honest, respectful, and responsible • Must pay attention to details and avoid mistakes • Must be fast, organized, and willing to learn • Must be able to work under supervision and follow instructions

Shs / wassce basic understanding of numbers and customer service is required.
