Responsibilities
We’re looking for an I.T Technician who not only loves working with technology but also enjoys creating engaging content and sharing knowledge with customers. In this role, you’ll:
Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, devices, and POS systems.
Create fun, easy-to-understand content (videos, posts, guides) about new technology.
Teach customers how to use devices and software confidently.

Requirements & Skills
Strong knowledge of computer hardware (desktops, laptops, servers).
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (windows, linux, macos).
Networking basics (lan/wan, tcp/ip, routers, switches, firewalls, wi-fi setup).
Software installation and updates.
Knowledge of printers, pos systems, and peripheral devices.
Basic cybersecurity awareness (antivirus, data protection).
Familiarity with backup solutions and cloud systems.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Physical ability to move and set up IT equipment.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Availability for on-call or after-hours support (depending on company).
