Responsibilities
General maintenance and care of coconut trees.
Weeding, clearing and keeping the farm clean.
Applying fertilizer and other farm inputs as instructed.
Planting, replacing and caring for young trees.
Monitoring trees for pests, diseases and other problems.
Assisting with harvesting and farm produce handling.
Supporting other general farm activities when required.
Requirements & Skills
Hardworking and reliable.
Previous farm experience is an advantage.
Ability to work outdoors and as part of a team.
Willingness to follow farm procedures and instructions.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
There are No qualification required all you need is the willigness to learn.
