Responsibilities
Analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
Requirements & Skills
Bsc quantity surveying
member of ghana institution of surveyors
a minimum of five (5) years post qualification relevant working experience.
Work experience in a housing institution will be an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Five (5) years relevant work experience in the building and construction industry with a Real Estate Company.
