Responsibilities
The Civil Engineer will plan, design and oversee the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
Analyzing all development and implementation of firm policies and procedures for various projects efficiently.
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
Liaising with architects and subcontractors
Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures
Resolving design and development problems
Requirements & Skills
Bsc civil engineer
member of ghana institute of civil engineers
a minimum of five (5) years post qualification relevant working experience.
Work experience in a housing institution will be an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Five (5) years relevant work experience in the building and construction industry with a real estate company.
A project management background.
Minimum Experience
5 years
