Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
* Attend to customers and answer their questions.
* Explain products, prices, and promotions.
* Arrange and display products neatly.
* Check stock levels and report items that are running low.
* Receive and arrange new stock.
* Handle customer payments and issue receipts when required.
* Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable.
* Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
* Handle customer complaints professionally.
* Follow company rules and safety procedures.
* Meet daily sales and customer-service targets.
* Work well with other staff and supervisors.
Requirements & Skills
* Minimum qualification: JHS / SHS
* Must be 18 years or above
* Valid Ghana Card or acceptable identification
* Must be hardworking, honest, and reliable
* Must be neat and presentable
* Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required
* Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Basic mathematics and money-handling ability
* Good teamwork
* Ability to follow instructions
* Good time management
* Ability to work under pressure
* Friendly and respectful attitude
* Willingness to learn and improve
Minimum Qualification Requirements
JHS Certificate or above.
SHS qualification and previous retail/customer-service experience will be an advantage.

The successful applicants will assist customers, arrange and display products, provide information about products and prices, receive and organize stock, maintain a clean and attractive shop, and assist with daily sales activities.
Applicants must be honest, punctual, well-presented, respectful, and able to communicate well with customers. Previous retail experience is an advantage but is not required.
