Duties
1. Run daily business fully when the owner is away.
2. Manage sales, customers, suppliers and after-sales issues.
3. Supervise warehouse, stock and goods in/out.
4. Record daily finance, collect payment and submit regular reports.
5. Manage local staff, keep workplace rules.
6. Deal with government affairs and all emergencies.
Requirements
1. 3+ years working experience in trade/wholesale/auto parts management.
2. Fluent English, good communication & negotiation skills.
3. Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word).
4. Know Ghana local laws, tax and labor rules.
5. Honest, loyal, self-disciplined and able to work alone.
6. Hard-working, careful and strong risk awareness.
