Specialty Anti-Corrosion industrial Primer for Structural Steel used in Chemical Processing Facilities, Bridges, Tanks Exteriors, Pipes, Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Hydropower Facilities, Mining, Marine, Oil & Gas, etc. Mono Ferro PUR is a micaceous iron oxide (MIO)-pigmented, one-component, moisture-cure polyurethane used as a primer, intermediate coat or “overcoat” over alkyds, vinyls or epoxies Mono Ferro Pur could provide up to 15-20 years of effective anti-corrosion protection of steel construction when applied on sandblasted steel surfaces (as per Sa-2.5 Standard ) with 90 - 100 microns of DFT (Dry Film Thickness) and top coated with Polyflex 55 Ultra-Chem Plus up to 1.8 - 2.5 mm of DFT (Dry Film Thickness) • Apply by roller, or spraying • Use as a spot or full primer • Apply directly to steel, aluminum, etc.
