Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and help them choose right electronics - Explain products features and prices clearly - Achieve daily sales targets - Keep shop clean and products well arranged - Handle cash and issue receipts correctly - Track stock and report low items - Handle customer complaints politely - Follow shop rules and be punctual

Requirements & Skills

- Education: At least JHS certificate - Must be able to read, write and speak good English - Sales experience in electronics is an advantage - Good communication and customer service skills - Must be honest, friendly and hardworking - Able to work with little supervision - Basic knowledge of mobile money and cash handling - Must live around Accra

Minimum Qualification Requirements
