Responsibilities
Producing concrete blocks – Measure, mix, and mold cement, sand, stone dust, and water according to the required proportions to produce quality blocks.
Operating and maintaining machinery – Safely operate block-making machines, mixers, and other equipment, and perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance.
Quality control – Inspect finished blocks for correct dimensions, strength, and appearance, and remove defective products.
Curing and handling blocks – Properly cure newly made blocks, transport them carefully, and stack them neatly for storage or delivery.
Maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness – Keep the factory clean, use personal protective equipment (PPE), follow safety procedures, and help prevent accidents.
