Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and grow the sales team of Dougs Technologies by recruiting, training, and supervising independent sales agents and executives. Drive sales of laptops, POS systems, and CCTV installations by ensuring consistent team performance and achievement of monthly targets. Monitor daily sales activities, track and verify all deals, and ensure compliance with company pricing and policies. Motivate the team, follow up on leads, resolve customer and agent issues, and expand the company’s market presence across different locations. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Requirements & Skills
1. Strong leadership and team management ability 2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills 3. Highly self-motivated and target-driven 4. Ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team 5. Experience in sales or business development is an advantage 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets 7. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills 8. Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media 9. Honest, disciplined, and results-oriented
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Diploma, HND, Degree, or equivalent qualification. Candidates with strong sales and leadership experience will be considered even without formal academic qualifications.
