Farm Manager Needed for Cabbage / Vegetable Farming

1. Oversee daily farm operations and supervise farm workers. 2. Manage cabbage nursery, transplanting, spacing, and field maintenance. 3. Plan and manage irrigation, fertilizer application, and soil improvement. 4. Monitor crop health and identify pest or disease problems early. 5. Apply or supervise agrochemical use safely and correctly. 6. Keep daily records of farm activities, expenses, inputs, and harvest. 7. Organize harvesting, sorting, packaging, and post-harvest handling. 8. Report regularly on farm progress, challenges, and expected yield.

1. Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in vegetable farming. 2. Experience managing cabbage or similar crops is strongly preferred. 3. Strong knowledge of irrigation, fertilizer use, pest control, and disease management. 4. Ability to supervise and motivate farm workers. 5. Must be hardworking, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision. 6. Ability to keep basic farm records and report farm activities. 7. Tractor or farm machinery experience is an advantage.
