Responsibilities
The Job Placement Officer will identify suitable vacancies, match qualified candidates with employers, prepare and submit job applications, and track application progress. The officer will support candidates with CVs, cover letters and interview preparation, maintain placement records, build employer relationships and submit weekly reports on applications, interviews and successful placements.
Requirements & Skills
Applicants must possess excellent job-search, communication, research and candidate-matching skills. The ideal candidate must be organised, target-driven and proficient in Microsoft Office, online job portals and professional networking platforms. Strong CV-writing, interview-coaching, employer-engagement, reporting and follow-up skills are essential.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum qualification: HND or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in recruitment, job placement, career services or human resources. Knowledge of local and international employment processes will be an advantage.
