* Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
* Prepare dough for different bread varieties.
* Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments when necessary.
2. Fermentation and Proofing
* Control fermentation and proofing times.
* Ensure dough develops the correct texture, volume, and flavor before baking. Equipment Operation and Maintenance
* Operate mixers, proofers, slicers, and ovens safely.
* Report faults and perform basic maintenance checks.
* Ensure equipment is cleaned after use.
8. Production Planning
* Meet daily production targets.
* Coordinate with supervisors to ensure adequate bread supply.
* Work efficiently during peak demand periods.
Requirements & Skills
Experience in commercial or industrial bread production.
* Knowledge of dough mixing, proofing, and baking techniques.
* Ability to work early shifts and handle physically demanding tasks.
* Attention to detail and consistency.
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
