Applicants should be vigilant, punctual, respectful and able to maintain proper access control, conduct regular patrols, protect residents and company property, maintain security records, and report incidents promptly to Management. These duties are consistent with common security-guard responsibilities in Ghana.

Previous security experience is an advantage; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read and write; valid Ghana Card; willingness to work assigned day/night shifts; professional conduct and strong sense of responsibility.
