3. Update order status accurately
4. Follow up on missed or rescheduled customers
5. Coordinate with delivery, warehouse and operations teams
6. Escalate address, payment, or customer issues quickly.
Requirements & Skills
1. Applicant must stay within Madina, Haatso, Adenta, Agbogba and it environs.
2. Strong spoken English
3. Conversant with Microsoft Excel
4. Own a laptop or desktop
5. Smartphone for calls and WhatsApp
6. Confident phone etiquette
7. Attention to detail and record accuracy
8. Customer service, call center, sales, logistics, or E-commerce experience is an advantage.
