Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers at the shop.
* Promote and sell Nockafriq Vogue products on Social Media and at the shop
* Respond to internal Task at the shop.
* Follow up with customers who make enquiries.
* Take nice videos, pictures for social media.
* Keep the shop and products neat and well displayed.
* Inform management about customer feedback and requests.
* Help attract new customers and increase sales.
* Assist during exhibitions, promotions and other business activities.
* Keep simple records of sales and customer enquiries.
* Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Skills
SHS certificate or equivalent.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Friendly and confident when speaking with customers.
* Basic knowledge of social media.
* Honest, punctual and hardworking.
* Willingness to learn.
* Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required.
