Waitress & Waiter Restaurant Job Available

Welcome and attend to customers politely. * Take customers’ food and drink orders accurately. * Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. * Explain menu items and assist customers with their choices when needed. * Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for customers. * Check on customers during their meals to ensure they are satisfied. * Handle customer requests and complaints respectfully. * Present bills and assist with payments when required. * Keep the dining area clean and organized. * Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service. * Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards. * Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Previous waiter/waitress or customer-service experience is an advantage. * Must be neat, respectful, punctual, and hardworking. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
