Oversees daily operations,

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving profitability, and fostering a positive dining environment.
Requirements & Skills
Experience 1–5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry, with proven supervisory or assistant management roles
Handle the business and operational logistics of the dining establishment
Ability to calculate and manage food and labor costs, process payroll, and analyze profit margins.
Good leadership and communication skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements
A diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or culinary arts
Minimum Experience
1 year
