Responsibilities
- Receive and log customer orders via phone and WhatsApp professionally.
- Confirm orders, prices, delivery location and relay to kitchen/dispatch accurately.
- Provide menu information and handle customer enquiries/complaints with a smile.
- Keep daily sales and order records.
- Greet customers with our culture: "Welcome to Jaydels Kitchen"
Requirements & Skills
1. SHS / Diploma minimum, fluent in English, Twi and Ga is a plus.
2. Very good phone manners and WhatsApp handling.
3. Must be honest, fast, and computer & phone literate.
4. Previous experience in restaurant/call center is an advantage.
5. Female preferred, age 20-32.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
SHS / Diploma minimum.
Fluency in English, Twi and Ga is a plus.
