Washing Bay Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise washing bay attendants and detailers. Ensure vehicles are cleaned to company standards. Inspect completed work for quality control. Manage customer complaints and inquiries professionally. Schedule staff duties and monitor attendance. Ensure proper use and maintenance of washing equipment. Monitor inventory of detergents, waxes, and cleaning supplies. Enforce workplace safety and environmental regulations. Prepare daily reports on operations and revenue. Train new staff on washing and detailing procedures.

Requirements Experience in car washing, detailing, or vehicle maintenance. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to supervise and motivate a team. Basic record-keeping and reporting skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and cleaning chemicals. Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent is often preferred.
