Video Editing Media Production Officer

Video Editing • Edit videos for social media, YouTube, podcasts, interviews, advertisements, and promotional campaigns. • Add graphics, transitions, subtitles, effects, and audio enhancements. • Ensure all content meets PAMS branding and quality standards. • Deliver projects within agreed timelines. Media Production • Support media productions, photography, and videography projects. • Participate in content creation and production activities. • Organize and manage media files and production assets. Livestreaming & Broadcasting • Set up and operate livestreaming equipment. • Manage live broadcasts across digital platforms. • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth streaming. Camera Operations • Operate cameras during events, interviews, podcasts, and productions. • Assist with lighting, audio setup, and equipment maintenance. • Support the media team during productions, events, and client projects. • Assist with equipment setup, transportation, and breakdown.

Skills & competencies proficiency in adobe premiere pro, capcut, final cut pro, davinci resolve, or similar editing software. Knowledge of camera operations and video production techniques. Understanding of livestreaming systems and broadcasting platforms. Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and audio setup. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Key performance indicators (kpis) edit and deliver assigned video projects on time. Support all livestreaming and broadcast events. Maintain high-quality production standards. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of media equipment. Contribute to the successful execution of pams productions and client projects.

Diploma, hnd, degree, or professional training in media, film production, multimedia, communication, it, or related field. Relevant practical experience in video editing and media production is an advantage. National service personnel and recent graduates may apply.
