Seven Color Universal Travel Charger
A standalone wall-plug battery charger that charges removable phone batteries directly, with no phone or cable needed.
It has adjustable contacts for different battery sizes and comes in translucent colors (green, purple, yellow, grey).
An LED indicator light shows charging status, with a "test" key to check battery contact and a "conversion" key to switch polarity.
The box says it gives a 12-month warranty and is marketed as "New, Best Quality" by the NC1 brand. It is made in China.
It's mainly useful for older phones with removable batteries, and charging usually takes about 4 hours.
