3. Ensure that all visitors report to the administration before entering the school.
4. Record visitors and their purpose of visit in the security logbook.
5. Protect learners, teachers, staff, parents, and school property
Requirements & Skills
Must be physically and mentally fit for the job.
Must be honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
Must have a good character and clean disciplinary record.
Must be punctual and committed to duty.
Must have at least basic education and be able to read and write.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English and/or a local language.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Must have at least a Basic Education Certificate (BECE). Senior High School (SHS) education will be an advantage.
Must have previous experience in security work; experience in a school environment will be an added advantage.
Must have undergone security training or be willing to undergo training.
Must possess good communication skills in English and/or a local Ghanaian language.

The security personnel shall be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of learners, staff, parents, visitors, and school property. The officer shall control access to the school premises, monitor the movement of people, maintain peace and order, prevent unauthorised entry, and report suspicious activities or emergencies to the Headmaster. The officer is expected to remain alert, punctual, disciplined, respectful, and professional at all times while performing assigned duties in accordance with the school's rules and regulations.
