Science Teacher

Teaching all 3 JHS classes science.. Promote scientific thinking and environmental awareness Encourage questioning, observation, and problem-solving, and teach students to care for their health, environment, and community through science.

Subject & Teaching Skills - *Strong science foundation* - Basic understanding of biology, chemistry, physics, and general science concepts for primary/JHS level - *Lesson planning* - Ability to break down concepts into simple, age-appropriate lessons - *Practical demonstration skills* - Can run simple experiments and science activities with available materials *2. Classroom & Student Skills* - *Classroom management* - Keep students engaged, disciplined, and safe during lessons and practicals - *Communication* - Explain complex ideas in simple language. Good at questioning and listening to students - *Patience & empathy* - Understand different learning paces and encourage curiosity

1. *Diploma in Basic Education* A Diploma in Basic Education with specialization in Science/Mathematics from a College of Education. This covers teaching methods for primary and JHS levels. 2. *WASSCE/SSSCE Certificate + Teacher Training* Senior High School Certificate + completion of teacher training program, with passes in Science and Mathematics.
