Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for our products. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to excel in their respective roles, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities within the industry. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and expansion efforts. Oversee the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets to support sales and marketing efforts. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress towards goals, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Economic value-added selling and the ability to sell solutions and services beyond products to achieve financial goals. Channel management and increased dealer penetration. Strong work ethic and commitment to the team environment Self-starter, ability to function independently without daily close management. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills. Well-organized relative to time and territory management and associated administrative functions. Ability to prioritize and work the necessary hours to effectively complete the job responsibilities. Knowledge of the market, products, and applications. Proficient in computer-related skills and Microsoft Office. Integrity and Trust; Leadership; Decision Making; Innovative Change Agent; Team Building; Results Oriented; Business and Financial Acumen.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Two years Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology industry. Knowledge of operations of Dealerships. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Passion for sustainability and business development.
