Sales Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. - Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing and sales team to achieve organizational targets. - Plan, execute, and evaluate social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. - Organize and manage promotional events, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate activations. - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. - Prepare and present marketing performance reports and growth strategies to management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization. - Drive brand awareness and customer engagement across all channels.

- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of three (3) years' experience in sales and marketing management. - Proven experience in social media marketing and event marketing. - Previous experience leading and managing a marketing team. - Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Sales Management will be an added advantage.
