We focus on creating opportunities in refrigeration and air conditioning technology, hospitality, culinary arts, health, and environmental education. As a growing foundation, we are seeking an experienced professional to increase our visibility across the United States, Germany, and Africa while expanding our international donor network.

Candidate Profile Several years of professional experience in fundraising or foundation management. Proven experience working with charitable foundations or nonprofit organizations. Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated success in securing major donors and strategic partnerships. International mindset with excellent intercultural communication skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluent in English; German language skills are considered an advantage. Preferred age: 30 to 60 years.

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fundraising oder Stiftungsmanagement. Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit gemeinnützigen Organisationen oder Stiftungen. Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten. Erfahrung in der Gewinnung von Großspendern und strategischen Partnern. Internationale Denkweise und interkulturelle Kompetenz. Selbstständige, zielorientierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise. Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Bevorzugtes Alter: 30 bis 60 Jahre.
