Rentals Shop Attendant

Arrive at work on time and be neatly dressed at all times. * Treat customers respectfully and professionally. * Keep the shop, studio, and rental items clean and organized. * Protect all company equipment from damage, theft, or misuse. * Follow management instructions and company policies. * Maintain honesty and accountability in all transactions. * Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) education. * Additional training in photography, videography, media, or customer service is an advantage. * Basic computer knowledge is required. * Previous experience in camera rentals, electronics sales, photography, or customer service is an advantage. * Experience handling cameras, lighting equipment, or content creation gear is preferred. Technical Skills * Basic understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and accessories. * Ability to set up and test rental equipment properly. * Knowledge of popular camera brands such as Canon, Sony, Nikon, and Panasonic is an advantage. * Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. * Understanding of battery charging, memory card formatting, and equipment care. Customer Service Skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to interact professionally with customers. * Good listening and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to remain calm under pressure.
