Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure and devices.
Support the deployment and troubleshooting of routers, switches, wireless access points, and security appliances.
Monitor network performance and help identify connectivity or performance issues.
Assist customers and internal teams with basic network-related technical support.
Participate in network maintenance, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
Support the implementation of network security best practices and solutions.
Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and technical procedures.
Learn and apply industry best practices in networking, cybersecurity, and IT support.
Work alongside experienced engineers on real-world networking and security projects.
Participate in hands-on training sessions and practical assignments to develop technical skills.
Maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
Requirements & Skills
Diploma, hnd, degree, or certificate in networking, information technology, computer science, telecommunications, or a related field.
Completion of networking-related training or certifications such as ccna, network+, mikrotik, ubiquiti, hcia, or equivalent is an advantage.
Basic understanding of computer networks, tcp/ip, routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in networking, cybersecurity, or it infrastructure.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with windows operating systems.
Willingness to participate in hands-on training and field assignments.
No prior work experience is required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Experience with network troubleshooting or it support.
Familiarity with wi-fi deployment and structured cabling.
