Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming calls, enquiries, and client communications professionally - Maintain accurate records and logs of client interactions and office activities - Create, upload, and manage property listings across various platforms (classified websites and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Support property sales activities, including responding to enquiries and following up with prospective clients - Assist in promoting company services, including home security gadgets and related offerings - Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and presentable at all times - Provide general administrative support to management and the sales team - Handle basic office coordination tasks and support day-to-day operations
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of SHS certificate or equivalent (Diploma/HND is an added advantage) - Proven experience in administrative support, office assistance, or a similar role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using computers and smartphones - Good understanding of social media platforms and online posting - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) - Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work with minimal supervision - Must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
