*1. Child Safety & Care:* Ensure the child's safety at all times, feed them, bath them, dress them, put them to sleep, and give them medication if needed. *2. Learning & Development:* Help the child learn through play, homework help, reading, creative activities, and teach good manners and behavior. *3. Housekeeping related to the child:* Keep the child's room, clothes, toys, and feeding bottles clean, cook child's meals, and wash child's laundry.

Requirements:* - Must be 22 years and above - Must have at least 1 year experience in child care - Must have valid Ghana Card - Must have a guarantor - Must be neat, honest, and respectful - Must be able to stay live-in or live-out - Must have basic First Aid knowledge *Skills:* - Child care & safety - Cooking for children - Good communication - Patience and kindness

- BECE / JHS Certificate (minimum) - Able to read, write, and speak basic English and Twi/Ga - 1 year proven child care experience (family, daycare, or househelp) - Age 22 - 45 years - Medically fit with no infectious disease - Clean criminal record - Must pass T P Limited interview and training
