Graphic Designer

• Design promotional flyers, social media adverts, banners, posters and marketing materials. • Edit, retouch and enhance photographs and images for large-format printing. • Prepare high-resolution artwork for printing, ensuring correct dimensions, colours and quality. • Create creative wall art designs, picture frame layouts and decorative artwork. • Handle multiple design projects and meet agreed deadlines. • Stay updated with modern graphic design trends, techniques and software.

•Must be between the ages of 18 and 24 • Must live within Lapaz and its environs • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. • Strong photo editing and image manipulation skills. • Excellent understanding of colours, typography, composition and visual design. • Ability to create high-quality designs suitable for large-format printing. • Good understanding of print production requirements and file preparation. • Creativity, attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication and time management skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. • A portfolio demonstrating previous design projects is required.

• Must be at least an SHS leaver • Minimum of one year of practical graphic design experience. • Demonstrable experience using professional graphic design software. • A portfolio of previous creative work is compulsory. • Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
