Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and recommendations on mobile phones, accessories, and home appliances.
Handle sales transactions — cash, mobile money, and POS payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and display areas.
Ensure all products are properly tagged and arranged for easy identification.
Record daily sales and report to the shop manager or owner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support politely.
Update product inventory and notify management of low stock or fast-moving items.
Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and product features.
Encourage customers to follow the shop’s social media pages or WhatsApp for updates.
Requirements & Skills
• Minimum of SHS graduate.
• Must live around Lapaz, Awoshie, Odorkor, Sowutuom, or nearby areas.
• Good communication and sales skills.
• Honest, punctual, and reliable.
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of mobile phones and accessories is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on weekends and handle customers confidently.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Shs or higher. Working experience from any sales related job
