1.Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and daily schedule.
2.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes.
3.Handle emails, correspondence, documents and confidential information.
4.Prepare reports, presentations, letters and other business documents.
5.Follow up on tasks, meetings, projects and commitments assigned by the CEO.
6.Coordinate communication between the CEO, staff, clients, hospitals, suppliers and business partners.
7.Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries when required.
8.Conduct research and prepare briefs to support the CEO’s decision-making.
9.Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
10.Assist with personal and professional administrative tasks as required.
11.Monitor deadlines and ensure important matters receive timely attention.
12.Perform other duties assigned by the CEO.
