Responsibilities
Greet Patients – Welcome patients warmly and create a friendly first impression. Appointment Management – Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Check-In & Check-Out – Register patients upon arrival and process them after treatment. Patient Assistance – Answer questions about services, procedures, and general clinic information. Maintain Patient Records – Update contact details, medical histories, and treatment notes in the system. Billing & Payments – Prepare invoices, process payments, and issue receipts. Insurance Processing – Verify insurance coverage, prepare claim forms, and liaise with providers. Data Entry – Accurately input patient and financial information into clinic management software. Handle Calls & Emails – Answer inquiries, transfer calls, and respond to messages promptly. Patient Reminders – Send appointment reminders via phone, text, or email. Follow-Up Communication – Contact patients for post-treatment check-ins or surveys. Coordinate with clinical Staff
Requirements & Skills
Must live in and around Nkawkaw. Must be able to work under pressure & multitask. Must be reliable, hardworking and puncture. Excellent computer skills. Office administration or customer service training excellent communication skills customer service orientation attention to detail team player confidentiality record-keeping accuracy Customer Service & Call centre experience is an advantage for the Receptionist position.
