Responsibilities
Installation:
Wiring circuits, connecting circuit breakers, and installing electrical panels, lighting, and power distribution systems.Maintenance:
Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on switch gears, motors, and control circuits to prevent equipment failure.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Using testing instruments to quickly diagnose electrical faults and safely repair or replace defective parts.
Requirements & Skills
Education: A diploma, associate's degree, or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology. Technical/vocational (TVET) certifications and completed apprenticeships are highly valued.Experience: Hands-on experience (often 2 to 3 years) in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
