Responsibilities
1. Ensure constant supervision and safety of all kids at all times.
2. Maintain high hygiene standards: diaper changing, handwashing, and cleaning toys/equipment.
3. Feed kids according to individual schedules and parents’ instructions, including safe handling of food and bottles.
4. Support babies’ sleep routines by creating a calm, safe nap environment and monitoring them while they sleep.
5. Provide age-appropriate stimulation through simple play, songs, talking, and sensory activities.
6. Nurture emotional security by responding warmly to cries, comforting children, and building trust.
7. Observe each child’s development and behavior and report any concerns to the supervisor.
8. Communicate daily with parents about feeding, sleep, diapers, mood, and any incidents.

The Tutor cares for babies aged 1 to 3 years, ensuring their safety, comfort, and early development throughout the school day.
Main duties include supervising children at all times, feeding and changing them, supporting their sleep routines, and maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness in the nursery. The tutor provides simple, age-appropriate play and stimulation, offers emotional warmth and comfort, and observes each child’s behavior and development. The role also involves giving parents daily feedback, keeping basic records for each child, and working well with other staff while following all school policies on health, safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.
