Responsibilities
1. Ensure constant supervision and safety of all kids at all times. 2. Maintain high hygiene standards: diaper changing, handwashing, and cleaning toys/equipment. 3. Feed kids according to individual schedules and parents’ instructions, including safe handling of food and bottles. 4. Support babies’ sleep routines by creating a calm, safe nap environment and monitoring them while they sleep. 5. Provide age-appropriate stimulation through simple play, songs, talking, and sensory activities. 6. Nurture emotional security by responding warmly to cries, comforting children, and building trust. 7. Observe each child’s development and behavior and report any concerns to the supervisor. 8. Requirements & Skills
