Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in RME and History using approved curriculum guidelines. * Prepare lesson notes, teaching materials, class exercises, and assessments. * Teach students with clear communication and effective classroom management skills. * Encourage critical thinking, moral values, discipline, and cultural awareness among students. * Assess and monitor students’ academic performance and provide regular feedback. * Prepare students for examinations, quizzes, projects, and academic competitions. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and students’ progress. * Use creative and modern teaching methods, including ICT tools where necessary. * Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities. * Collaborate with other teachers and school authorities to promote academic excellence. * Ensure a safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment for all students.
Requirements & Skills
* Previous teaching experience is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of RME and History subjects. * Excellent communication and classroom management skills. * Ability to prepare lesson notes, assessments, and teaching materials effectively. * Good command of spoken and written English. * ICT knowledge and ability to use digital teaching tools is an advantage. * Must be punctual, disciplined, and professional. * Ability to motivate and manage students positively. * Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. * Must be passionate about teaching and student development. * Ability to work under little or no supervision.

We are seeking a passionate, disciplined, and dedicated RME and History Facilitator to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students using effective and engaging methods while promoting academic excellence, moral values, and critical thinking. The facilitator will prepare lesson notes, assignments, class exercises, and assessments in line with the approved curriculum. He or she will monitor students’ progress, maintain proper academic records, and support students in achieving their educational goals. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and classroom management skills, demonstrate professionalism, and be capable of creating a positive and motivating learning environment. Knowledge in ICT and the use of modern teaching techniques will be an added advantage.
