Key Responsibilities
Patrolling: Conducting regular, high-visibility patrols of the interior and exterior, including hallways, parking lots, and loading docks.
Surveillance: Monitoring alarm systems for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or breaches.
Access Control: Verifying identification, monitoring guest/staff entry, and preventing unauthorized access.
Guest Assistance: Escorting guests, handling room lockouts, and addressing noise complaints or disorderly behavior.
Reporting: Creating detailed daily logs and incident reports regarding thefts, security breaches, or safety hazards.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent generally required.
Skills: Strong observation skills, excellent communication, and emergency response training.
Physical Ability: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
