Responsibilities
Visit shops, traders and importers to find sea freight customers. Explain shipping services, follow up on enquiries and quotations, and secure bookings. Coordinate shipment updates with the operations team. Maintain customer relationships, meet sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements & Skills
Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills. Willing to visit customers across Kumasi and actively develop new business. Able to use WhatsApp for business and maintain accurate customer records. Good English; Twi is an advantage. Sales or freight forwarding experience is preferred.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
SHS/WASSCE or equivalent. SHS/WASSCE or equivalent.
