Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives. Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license is an advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
