M-Kopa Direct Sales Representative

🎯 Core Responsibilities · Direct Sales & Customer Engagement: Prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing sales directly with customers across your designated territory. · Customer Education: Clearly explaining M-KOPA's products (smartphones, digital loans, insurance) and the unique financing model to customers often accessing credit for the first time. · Clienteling: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty. · Credit & App Management: Using the M-KOPA sales app to credit out products like smartphones to qualifying customers.

🛠️ Key Requirements · Sales & Communication: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets. You must be comfortable with public speaking. · Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (JHS minimum accepted). Experience in direct sales, customer service, or sectors like telecom is preferred but not always required. · Availability & Tools: Must be between 18–65 years old, possess a valid Ghana Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver's License, and have your own Android device for the sales app.
