Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Prospecting: Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales within your assigned territory to meet targets .
· Customer Education: Explain M-KOPA's unique financing model (pay-as-you-go) for smartphones, often to first-time credit users.
· Credit & App Management: Use the M-KOPA sales app to credit products to qualifying customers and manage the transaction process .
· Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business .
Requirements & Skills
Education: Minimum of JHS (Junior High School) or High School Diploma .
· Experience: Less than 1 year required; prior experience in direct sales, telecom, or customer service is preferred .
· Technical: Must own a personal Android device for the sales app .
· Identification: Must possess a valid Ghana Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver's License .
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently .
