Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Handle daily cash, mobile money (MoMo) transactions, and sales logging accurately.
- Track stock levels, receive new inventory, and ensure shelves are neatly organized and clean.
- Maintain strict records of daily sales and ensure zero discrepancies at close of day.
- Open and close the shop punctually according to scheduled hours.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements & Qualifications:
- SHS Graduate, Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Strong basic mathematics and counting skills (essential for inventory tracking).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Twi and English.
- Punctual, honest, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Must reside within or near Ayeduase / Kumasi for easy commuting.
- Able to provide two (2) professional references.
- Mandatory: Must be able to provide a verifiable Guarantor (e.g., a senior civil servant, pastor, or established business owner) who will sign an integrity bond.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
