Responsibilities
Provide assistance to shop managers and organizers. Perform shop assistance duties in maintaining and running a shop. Handle shop keys and deposit in a safekeeping locker. Perform opening and closing of shop on time. Display merchandize and products in a well-organized manner. Assist customers in locating the products and merchandize they need. Assist customers in packing and cart wheeling of their merchandize up to the exit point or to the car park.
Requirements & Skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Track record of over-achieving sales quota Solid communication and interpersonal skills Customer service focus Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
