Surveillance & Monitoring • Watch over premises using CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and patrols to detect suspicious activities.  • Conduct regular foot patrols of assigned areas to deter crime and ensure safety.  2. Access Control • Manage entry and exit points — verify IDs, check credentials, and control vehicle/visitor movement.  • Ensure only authorized personnel enter secure areas.

Observation & vigilance – ability to notice unusual behavior or security risks • Access control skills – checking IDs, visitor management, vehicle inspection • Patrolling skills – conducting regular foot or vehicle patrols effectively • Emergency response – handling fire alarms, medical emergencies, evacuations • Report writing – clear and accurate incident and daily activity report
